A difficult night has passed for Barcelona players, its fans and especially for its sacked coach - Ronald Koeman.
The loss last night (Wednesday) to Rayo Vallecano was the straw that broke the camel’s back for President Joan Laporta who decided to part ways with the Dutch coach, a few days after becoming the first coach ever to lose in three consecutive Clasico games.
Now, as the football world tries to analyze Koman's mistakes and the dire situation the luxury club has reached, it looks like Barça already have a replacement when, according to reports, the team has reached an agreement with Xavi, the club's former player who has coached Qatari al Saad in recent years.
One of the great connections in the last generation, wants to get to where he grew up and will now work to get a release from his team.
However, this could happen after the national team break that is expected in early November.
Xavi is the favorite to be Barcelona's next manager, according to @FabrizioRomano.

Whoever is expected to stand on the lines until Xavi officially arrives is another past player of the club - Sergei who coaches the team's youth team.
Blaugrana has a very critical game next week in the Champions League against Dynamo Kiev and the team is planning to be the one to prepare the team for the match against the Ukrainians.
