FIGAROVOX / INTERVIEW - A victim of bullying at school for twelve years, Hugo Martinez founded an association to support children and their families. According to him, children grow up in an increasingly violent society and only reproduce what they see.

- An investigation for “harassment” was opened by the Mulhouse prosecutor's office following the death of Dinah, 14 years old and a second year student.

Dinah is the nineteenth child whose life has been taken as a result of bullying at school, that means a lot. Unfortunately, harassment is causing more and more damage, to the point of becoming a generality despite all the prevention efforts put in place by the public authorities. Children grow up in a violent society and only reproduce what they see, hence the increase in violence in the playgrounds.

This teenage girl, Dinah, has been insulted, mocked, harassed because of her sexual orientation.

There is no longer any freedom in France if, from elementary school, college or high school, we no longer have the right to have any sexual orientation or any physical difference.

I believe that this drama echoes our proposal to create a crime of harassment
