The first warning strikes since the corona shock could take place at Frankfurt Airport on Friday.
The Verdi union has called on around 600 employees of the service provider Wisag to stop work between 7 a.m. and 10.30 p.m.
The two strike-threatened companies of the Frankfurt-based company provide ground handling and passenger services on behalf of various airlines.

The background to this is the negotiation of new blanket and in-house collective bargaining agreements, in which the union calls for a significant corona premium of 1500 euros and a table increase of at least 90 euros from next year.
Negotiator Mathias Venema held up against the employer on Thursday after three rounds of negotiations.
The company described the warning strike at the time as "completely inappropriate and disproportionate".
According to a statement, Wisag negotiator Michael Richter said that the collective bargaining partners were offered seven appointments in November and that they were ready to “appropriate wage increases”.
He called on Verdi to immediately stop all strike measures.
