The new North Rhine-Westphalian Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst (CDU) wants a “bureaucracy TÜV” for laws and regulations at all state levels.
To this end, a law on the promotion of small and medium-sized businesses would be introduced into the state parliament, he announced on Thursday after his first cabinet meeting as head of government in Düsseldorf.
The aim is that not only new, but also already issued laws and regulations can be checked for their compatibility with small and medium-sized companies.
