The officers of the Munich Federal Police do not have such an assignment every day: They had to deal with a runaway on four paws who traveled alone on the S-Bahn.
Its owner had been looking for him for hours.
Grafing / Munich - A wire-haired dachshund who travels alone and comfortably gets on the S-Bahn * at Grafingen train station: doesn't it exist?
It does exist!
Even if the passengers of the S4 were amazed on their way into the city center, they reported exactly this situation to the responsible federal police.
As a result, she not only took care of the Ausbüxer Lemmy, but was also able to quickly hand him over to his owner.
In the area at the Ostbahnhof, the 48-year-old Ebersberger recognized his trusting Zamperl immediately.

Dachshund travels on the S-Bahn: dry food and pats for the sweet chick
The man fell asleep on a shared S-Bahn ride at noon and hadn't noticed that his dog had got off the train straight away at Grafing station. Because he didn't want to be alone, Lemmy simply got on the S4 in the direction of downtown Munich * and drove several stations to the Ostbahnhof. Meanwhile, his master got the fright of his life when he woke up and his zamperl was gone. He spent hours looking for Lemmy: first in the S-Bahn, then on all platforms of the S4 to Ostbahnhof. The relief was correspondingly great when he finally went to the federal police station at the Ostbahnhof. The officers had meanwhile provided Lemmy with water, dry food and lots of pats.
Lemmy was wearing a red collar with a red flashing light tag.
Since it was not equipped with a brand and also not chipped, the animal protection association Ebersberg was also informed.
He has a found animal sanctuary, to which Lemmy should actually be brought.
But because the master suddenly stood in front of him, this was no longer necessary.
