Two leaders of Issep, the private institute founded and directed by Marion Maréchal in Lyon, are targeted by an investigation for “
moral harassment
” following a complaint filed by a student, the prosecutor's office said on Friday October 29.
According to the Lyon branch of the BFMTV channel, the two leaders concerned are one of the co-founders of the Institute of Social, Economic and Political Sciences (Issep) with the niece of Marine Le Pen, and the administrative director of the establishment.
Both are former elected representatives of the National Assembly at the local or regional level.

The management of Issep has “

contested
, in a
press
release, the accusations made against it by the student.
She filed a first complaint for rape on September 24, according to the prosecution.
According to BFMTV, this complaint targets a former member of the organization Génération Identitaire, an extreme right-wing organization dissolved in March by the Interior Ministry who allegedly attacked her at her home on September 11.
The young woman then filed a complaint for "
moral harassment
" on Monday against the two school leaders because of their management of the case.
His two complaints are now under preliminary investigation.
Lyon identity
According to BFMTV, the complainant claims to have informed the school management of her rape complaint and of the identity of her attacker, who according to her, participates in parties organized by the school at La Traboule, an associative bar known for to be the stronghold of identities in Lyon.
Managed by a separate association of Generation Identity, this premises remained open, despite the dissolution of the far-right organization.

According to BFMTV, the complainant would then have been the victim of bullying during an integration course at the school and would have complained about it to the administration.
The leaders involved would then have threatened to fire her.
