Sixty-year construction site workers involved in four years, repeatedly sexually assaulted two underage stepdaughters in their residences in China and Hong Kong.
Among them, the eldest daughter was suspected of being sexually assaulted since the age of 11, including rape and forced oral sex.
The site worker also involved borrowing words to apply eczema ointment for the other party, and took the opportunity to "like rubbing flour and rubbing" on his chest.
Although the mothers of the two girls were aware of the incident and confronted their husbands twice, they forgave the other party and did not call the police until they were told that their daughter was sexually assaulted the year before.
Construction site workers today (29th) deny rape and commit indecent acts to children under the age of 16 and have been tried for 10 crimes.
The 67-year-old defendant working as a construction worker was charged with 10 crimes of attempted rape, indecent behavior to children under the age of 16, rape and indecent assault. The crimes spanned from 2015 to 2019.
Except for one crime of indecent assault involving female victim Y, all other charges involved X.
X was only 11 years old when he was assaulted for the first time, while Y was 8 to 9 years old when he was assaulted.
The defendant was involved in using lower body rubbing and "benefiting" X's private parts
The prosecution’s opening statement stated that the female victims X and Y were the defendant’s stepdaughters, and the defendant and their mothers were married in 2013. At that time, X, Y and their mothers were all living in the Mainland. Will return to the mainland to live with 3 people.
X originally lived with his biological father, but due to the improper care of his biological father, X began to live with Y and his mother in 2015.
At the time of the first assault, X was only 11 years old. At that time, the defendant pulled X into the bedroom at his home in the Mainland, took off her clothes, rubbed her lower body and "toughened" X's private parts, but X was not sure whether the defendant had entered. In the body, the defendant later threatened X not to tell his mother, otherwise there would be no living expenses.
The defendant denied a total of 10 crimes such as rape and indecent behavior to children under the age of 16. The case is now being tried in the High Court.
When X rebelled, the defendant said: "I buy it so much so that you can eat it. I can't even touch it than I can."
Later, the defendant once forced X to perform oral sex for him and rape her in his residence in the Mainland. When X was raped, X had resisted but was unsuccessful. She did not know whether the defendant had ejaculated, but afterwards felt white mucus appeared in her private parts.
The defendant also threatened her not to disclose the incident, otherwise she would be beaten or sent back to the care of her biological father.
X, Y and their mother and later lived with the defendant in Hong Kong. The defendant once asked X to massage his inner thighs at his residence in Hong Kong. During this time, he suddenly clamped his thigh, causing X to touch his sexual organs.
The defendant also took advantage of X to return to her home in the Mainland, borrowing the words to help X who was suffering from eczema apply ointment, and took the opportunity to touch her chest, one of which was "like rubbing flour."
After X rebelled on another occasion, the defendant said: "I buy it so much better than you can eat it. I can't even touch it."
The mainland Chinese came to Hong Kong as the head of the house and was verbally abused by his wife and yearned for intimacy. The stepdaughter was raped by his wife for 4 years. Do not believe that the defendant was drunk and impulsively imprisoned for 16 months

X felt unbearable, and planned to run away from home, but was discovered by his mother, and X eventually revealed to her mother that he had been sexually assaulted by the defendant.
But three years later, there was another massage and ointment incident.
The accusation of the female victim Y is that the defendant once twisted her nipples through her clothes while playing with her. Y thought that the defendant was only playing with her and only realized the situation when she grew up, and felt pain and shame.
The prosecution also stated that mother X had confronted the defendant twice about the sexual assault of X, but after the defendant apologized, she forgave the defendant. Mother X was informed that her daughter was sexually assaulted again in 2019, and eventually sought help from a social worker and called the police.
