For the 16 people who were ruled that the oath was invalidated, the original seats were all suspended on the 21st of this month, which is the day the government ruled that their oath was invalidated.

The remaining four people include Tuen Mun Poon Chi-kin and Wang Deyuan, Yuen Long Li Songci and Kwai Tsing Guo Zijian were absent from the oath. The original seat was vacant on the day of the oath, that is, on the 8th of this month.

At present, all 18 district councillors in Hong Kong have completed the oath. A total of 49 people in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories have been sworn by the DQ. There were 479 members of the district council in this session. After the swearing storm, the number of members has dropped by 68%. There are now only 151 people. The 328 people who have resigned are all from the democratic camp.
