The ministry recorded 168 actions throughout the territory, with 3,320 demonstrators in Paris where four processions had been declared at the police headquarters.

Three people were arrested and no member of the security forces was injured, according to the ministry.

The Interior Ministry counted 40,090 demonstrators last Saturday, including 5,090 in Paris.

They were more than 73,130 according to the militant collective Le Nombre Jaune, which subsequently publishes its own count.

The mobilization, launched in mid-July, has been declining steadily since August 7 and a peak of 237,000 demonstrators recorded, according to figures from the authorities.

The Senate, dominated by the right-wing opposition, reduced Thursday from July 31 to February 28, 2022 the deadline for extending the braking measures, including the health pass, against the Covid-19 epidemic.

The National Assembly will be able to reconsider the modifications introduced by the senators in the wake of the parliamentary shuttle.

In addition, the Council of State validated on Friday the end of free access since October 15 for “
