Two Iraqis were killed and two others were injured as a result of a terrorist attack carried out by ISIS militants in the eastern province of Diyala.
The Iraqi News Agency, INA, quoted the Security Media Cell as saying in a statement today that the security forces of the Federal Police and the Tribal Mobilization are conducting a search operation in the Hawi al-Hawaij area in search of members of the terrorist “ISIS” gangs that attacked a group of civilians working near the village of al-Hawaij in Jabal Makhoul. The terrorist attack led to the death of two civilians and the wounding of two others.
The Iraqi forces continue to pursue the remnants of ISIS terrorists in various Iraqi regions, and have eliminated and arrested large numbers of them.
