Dozens of Palestinians participated today in a solidarity stand in the Palestinian territories occupied in 1948 in support of the Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli occupation prisons.
Wafa Agency stated that the participants in the vigil organized in Al-Assir Square in Haifa in the occupied Palestinian territories in 1948 raised the Palestinian flag, pictures of sick prisoners and hunger strikers, and banners condemning the violations and crimes of the occupation against them, calling on the international community to take urgent action to save their lives and compel the occupation to release them and stop its violations against all prisoners .
About 5,000 Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails face harsh detention conditions, including 600 prisoners who need urgent medical intervention.
