Carlo's newly published novel by young writer Ghadeer Jabbour returns to a style almost absent from our contemporary literature, the literature of letters.

During a novel signing ceremony that was held this evening at Dar Al-Balad for printing, publishing and distribution in Sweida, Ghadeer explained that she relied on the novelist plot and line based on 50 letters written by the protagonist of the novel to her lover Carlo, explaining that she sought to present through it a complex psychological condition of the heroine, which in her opinion gave a state of ambiguity, excitement and suspense to the reader when reading.

Ghadeer pointed out that she sought to present her novel in a Western atmosphere in order to perform an idea that was not previously presented, especially since she wrote her work during the war years, where everyone writes about it and what affects our country as a result of it.

Osama Tarbey, Executive Director of Dar Al Balad, pointed out that the book is about 160 pages of medium size and its publication is in line with the activities and works of the house in encouraging young talents and their creativity while seeking to bridge the gap between the reader and writers and trying to deliver the book to the largest segment of people.

It is noteworthy that Ghadeer Jabbour was born in As-Suwayda Governorate in 1993. She is an agricultural engineering graduate working in the field of voiceover, writing content and articles for social media, and has been writing for thirteen years.
