Revenge on a partner who has not paid rent for 3 months (@ ludwid6 / TikTok)
Nearly 8 million people watched a viral video in which two women were seen packing their third partner's belongings into the apartment and throwing them out of the house after they claimed: "She did not pay rent for three months."
In videos uploaded to Tiktok by @ ludwid6, who apparently lives in Texas, the two women are seen replacing the lock on the door, packing all of the partner's belongings in garbage bags and ordering leads.
The accompanying text of the video states: "The idea that came to us: to flip the partner and send her things back to her parents - after she had not paid rent for three months."
Their act caused arguments in Tiktok, with many viewers accusing them of being too harsh: "It seems like something cruel to do," one reporter and another added: "You are wrong about that."
Quite a few people have claimed that they may get a claim for illegal eviction, depending on the laws of the state in which they reside.
"In some countries it is considered illegal eviction," one responded and Shani added: "If it is signed a contract, you will be in trouble."

Compared to the legal review, there were quite a few viewers who supported their act, "You realize that these women probably paid out of their own pocket to cover up the missing rent," one claimed and Shani added: "It's a crazy amount of money. Throwing people in for one month late." Another surfer agreed with him and wrote: "After one month you can still show forgiveness, after two you should give a warning, but after three - that's the end. I completely agree with what they did." Another viewer wrote: "You were much more courteous than I would be in a similar situation. She received a free moving service. I would leave her belongings on the street."
The young woman who posted the video responded to viewers with comments and confirmed that she had given her roommate a warning before deporting her. She wrote: "If we were nice enough to just move her things to her parents' house, don't you think we showed her 'nice' and gave her advance notice?"
She added "even if she were to sue us for something - that's fine. We will happily face responsibility for our actions."
