Dozens of Palestinians participated today in a sit-in in the besieged Gaza Strip in support of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli detention.
Ma'an News Agency stated that the participants in the stand organized by the Palestinian national forces in front of the headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross raised the Palestinian flag and pictures of the prisoners on hunger strike, calling on the international community to save their lives and pressure the occupation to release them and stop its violations against all prisoners.
Despite the deterioration of their health conditions, 7 Palestinian prisoners continue their hunger strike in protest against the crimes of the occupation, the oldest of whom is Kayed Phosphorus, who has been on strike for 109 days, Miqdad Al Qawasma for 102 days, Alaa Al-Araj for 84 days, Hisham Abu Hawash for 75 days, Shadi Abu Aker for 68 days, Ayyad Al Harimi for 39 days, Louay Al Ashkar for 21 days and Ratib Haribat. 23 days.
