Cologne - "Bauer sucht Frau" star Uwe Abel and his wife Iris are a strong team - they have been together for several years and were separated from one another at most three days.
But this year, the 51-year-old decided to take part in “Celebrity Big Brother” - and was therefore almost two weeks away from his Iris.
The farmer repeatedly emphasized how much he missed his wife.
In the “Celebrity Big Brother” era, Uwe Abel was more reserved than extroverted.
Anyone who ran into him often was reality star Danni Büchner.
But it popped before the live broadcast of "Celebrity Big Brother".

“The background was a podcast that a certain lady has, where Ms. Büchner was invited - and then the two really pulled off the leather,” she continues.
Reality TV star Désirée Nick invited Danni Büchner to join the podcast last September - and there the 43-year-old probably didn't miss the opportunity to unpack and talk about Uwe Abel.
