Rayanne B., 19, appeared this Tuesday, November 2 before the Criminal Court of Évry (Essonne) for "contempt and threat of death on a person holding public authority" after the Ministry of National Education filed a complaint against him.

It was with this flowery language that the young man with 39,000 subscribers on Instagram, better known under the pseudonym of "Rayane_psn", was noticed on social networks on October 4 through a video of threats and insults directly addressed to Minister of Education Jean-Michel Blanquer.

On the famous video, the defendant, hood over his head, had again declaimed
"we fuck your mother there is no problem"
, before directing the camera towards another individual removing the safety of a handgun .
And to add
"there we arrive, you will see".
Rayanne B. was also appearing on Tuesday for
“recording and broadcasting images that violate private privacy”.
In another series of videos, the latter had asked a 13-year-old child with motor difficulties to repeat insults and touch his buttocks.
These videos had been shot as part of a volunteer mission in which the respondent was participating in a college in Val-de-Marne, according to
Le Parisien
.
Videos shot in the tone of
"humor"
On these two procedures, an appearance on prior admission of guilt was decided.
In other words, this means that the young man has acknowledged the facts with which he is accused - minimizing them, pleading humor - and that he will therefore be judged as a "plead guilty".

The Evry prosecutor's office has already requested a sentence of 140 hours of community service (TIG), or four weeks in total.
In the event of refusal or non-participation in these TIG, Rayanne will receive a three-month prison sentence.
This is not the first time that this young influencer has been talked about through outrageous videos. In early October, he had filmed himself stealing equipment from a Paris fire truck even as the firefighters intervened in a school in Ablon-sur-Seine in the south-eastern part of the Paris suburbs. There again, he had not failed to insult the firefighters as "

". Arrested and placed in police custody at Juvisy-sur-Orge (Essonne), he was released for a simple citizenship course.
Very shortly after this incident, another video had been widely relayed on social networks in which Rayanne B. claimed to want to go to a police station to shout "

" and
"fuck"
