Today, Russia witnessed a new record in the number of deaths due to infection with the Corona virus, while the number of daily infections decreased.
The operations room for combating the outbreak of the Corona epidemic indicated in its report today that 39,008 new cases of the virus were recorded, including 5,736 infections in the capital, Moscow, in addition to 1178 deaths were also recorded within the past 24 hours.
The room indicated that the total number of cases of the epidemic since its spread in Russia reached 8,593,200 cases, of which 240,871 died, and 741,631 people recovered from the infection.
Yesterday, Russia recorded 1,155 deaths and 4,402 infections with the Corona virus.
