“I have received a response from the Minister of the Interior about the event held yesterday at his home, which I consider unacceptable.
Tomorrow, upon the return of the President of the Republic and jointly, we will make the corresponding decisions, "Vásquez wrote this Monday on his Twitter account.
According to a rule published on October 25 by the Ministry of the Interior itself, social gatherings are prohibited, including those held in private homes, due to "health reasons" and with the aim of "avoiding the increase in contagion by covid- 19 ".

The television channel Latina Noticias was the first to capture on video the exit of several people from the building where Barranzuela resides on Sunday, when the Day of the Creole Song and Halloween were celebrated in the country.
In statements to the press this Monday, Barranzuela affirmed that it was a "work meeting" and that "Peru cannot stop."
His appointment as head of the portfolio had already been questioned by some congressmen.
According to the newspaper El Comercio, which had access to internal documents, Barranzuela had more than 150 sanctions when he was a police officer.
In an interview with Canal N, the official said that these sanctions had been given for “being a 'claim'”, and affirmed that they did not invalidate him to fulfill his function as Minister of the Interior.
