Hama-Sana
The General Company for Cotton Threads in Hama achieved sales of 12 billion and 894 million pounds, since the beginning of this year until last October.
The general manager of the company, Engineer Qassim Muhammad Musa, indicated to the SANA Economic Bulletin that sales included 1,382 tons of cotton yarn from Tigress 1/24, at a value of 12 billion and 374 million pounds, pointing out that this tigress is witnessing great demand from the public and private sectors due to its quality and length of staple, in addition to selling 686 Tons of exhaust, with a value of more than 519 million pounds.
He said that the company worked on investing the energies of workers and distributing them in various departments with the formation of workshops in each department to follow up the production process and overcome obstacles to work, pointing out that granting production incentives to workers according to the nature of work and production led to the development of production in quantity and quality.
