Nuremberg - On the weekend (November 6th and 7th) the historic tram depot St. Peter invites you to visit again.

140 years of Nuremberg * local transport history will be presented, supplemented by an exhibition on 125 years of electric tram operation.

VAG Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft announces this on its website.

Nuremberg: round trips on the historic Burgring line

Fans of vintage trams can also take a tour on the historic Burgring line 15: every hour from 9.55 a.m. to 4.55 p.m.

Adults pay ten euros for this at the museum ticket office, children six euros.

Family tickets are available for 21 euros - free entry to the historic tram depot included.

The 3G rule applies in the depot and on the tours.

Visitors aged six and over must also wear a face mask.

The historic tram depot St. Peter is open on November 6th and 7th from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. - last entry is at 5 p.m.

The entrance fee is six euros for adults and three euros for children up to 14 years of age.

If you come by public transport, get off at the Peterskirche stop.

It is served by tram line 6 (Westfriedhof - Doku-Zentrum) and bus line 36 (Plärrer - Luitpoldhain).

Nuremberg: Mulled wine rides from November 26th

To get in the mood for Christmas, VAG is offering mulled wine rides in vintage trams from November 26th to December 23rd.

From Thursday to Sunday they do their laps around the old town of Nuremberg.

There are also explanations of sights as well as gingerbread, mulled wine and non-alcoholic punch.

A trip costs 21 euros.
