Constitutional lawyer Rafael Cox Alomar said that what is at stake is carrying weapons outside the home in New York State.
This after the challenge that various unions made to the law that controls the carrying of weapons and that currently requires that people have the corresponding permits.
It is a decision that the Supreme Court must make that, if it accepted the challenge, would make "very difficult to regulate the carrying of weapons outside the home," Cox explained.
