An electrician (66) from Markt Schwaben is said to have performed medical interventions in the genital area on several men without being qualified.
Now a 32-year-old has reported, among other things, about the partial amputation of his penis.

- The 32-year-old employee from near Günzburg confessed that he was addicted to porn.
He and his wife became aware of Markt Schwabener on the Internet, who pretended to have worked as a rescue pilot and assisted in emergency operations.
The 66-year-old told of "20 years of experience with 230 missions".
Trusting that he had several interventions carried out on him.

The procedures were always similar, the employee described: First, the 66-year-old had “thoroughly disinfected” the cutlery and injected an anesthetic into his penis - “like at the dentist”.
His dorsal nerves should be severed during the first two procedures.
“That didn't work,” said the witness.

He then drove to Markt Schwaben for another operation.

There were complications for the first time: An abscess had formed that later had to be surgically removed in the hospital.
Before the abscess had healed, the next procedure had to be carried out.
"To make it easier for you to pee," he said, he had the accused remove the glans - with a pair of pliers.
Actually he wanted to “have everything gone right away,” said the 32-year-old.
But his wife changed his mind and marked the cutting line with a marker pen.
Because the wound was bleeding profusely, they went to the hospital ”.

Despite the two complications, months later he asked the defendant to relocate his urethra because he had “peed over the toilet seat”.
There was again heavy bleeding, which was treated in a clinic.
Even if the Swabian market has made itself a criminal offense because of its deceptions, the naivety of "its patients" should at least have a mitigating effect.
Reportedly, the electrician is charged with assault.
Above all, however, he has to answer for murder because one of his eight alleged victims died as a result of an intervention and he is said to have deliberately omitted rescue efforts.
