In Strasbourg, restaurateurs, hoteliers and traders breathe.
After the cancellation of the Christmas Market in 2020 due to a pandemic, the city is returning to its centuries-old Christkindelsmärik, one of the oldest in Europe.
Above all, it is reviving the Christmas Capital operation which, since the 1990s, has attracted 2 million visitors in December.
There will be 314 chalets, but more spaced, spread over 14 sites.
As for the 30-meter-high “big tree”, it has already been installed on Place Kléber.

Exit therefore the checkpoints which had led more and more Alsatians to shun the city center during the end-of-year festivities.
