The official announced today (3rd) that from the day after tomorrow (5th), reservations for museum visits and free opening programs can be made online. In the first phase, reservations for the first two weeks of visits will be opened.

A spokesperson for M+ also stated that visitors without an appointment may visit M+, "but when they can enter the museum depends on the number of people in the museum at the time," it is strongly recommended that visitors make an appointment to register before visiting.

M+ said that the museum will provide an online appointment booking service to ensure that visitors can enter the venue in an orderly manner.

The public can make an appointment for the first two weeks after opening on the West Kowloon Cultural District website, M+ website, or through the "West Kowloon Cultural District" mobile app starting at 10 am on November 5, 2021 (from November 12 to 2021). 28th) visit period.

A series of opening shows will also start accepting appointments on the M+ website and the "West Kowloon Cultural District" mobile app.

M+ announced earlier that within 12 months from the opening date, all Hong Kong residents with valid identification documents can visit the exhibition in the M+ hall for free.

To thank all walks of life for their support to the museum, M+ announced that it will extend the arrangement to all visitors. Special exhibitions and programs, as well as theater screenings, must purchase additional tickets.

The M+ Museum will officially open next Friday (12th). Hong Kong residents will enter the venue free of charge for the first year.

M+ also stated that due to the large number of visitors at the beginning of the opening, M+ strongly recommends that visitors make an appointment before visiting and arrive at the museum at the designated time.

During peak hours, visitors may have to wait a while before entering the museum or its exhibition halls.

Visitors without an appointment may visit M+, but when they can enter the museum depends on the number of people in the museum at that time.

Children aged six or below do not need to make an appointment and can enter the venue with those who have made an appointment.

If the visitor has successfully registered for the M+ opening program, there is no need to make a separate appointment to enter the venue. They only need to show the program confirmation email when entering the M+ building.

M+ members and patrons can visit the museum unlimited times throughout the year without making an appointment. They can use the dedicated channel to enter the museum by presenting their membership card.

M+ welcomes the public to join the M+ membership program and supports the development of the museum through sponsorship, donation and becoming a patron.

A check on the official website shows that M+ members are divided into three levels. The annual membership fee ranges from 300 yuan to 1200 yuan. Among them, 12 to 17 years old or full-time students can pay 300 yuan per year for unlimited admission. The annual membership fee is 600 yuan.
