The Post Office today (3rd) issued an announcement on the appointment of a general assistant. This assistant position has five responsibilities, including checking whether people entering Hong Kong post premises use "Safe Travel", assisting the public in using "Safe Travel", and processing and verifying record forms.
Assistants are paid 72 yuan per hour and work 27 to 44 hours a week.
The working hours are from 9 to 6 from Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 1 pm on Saturday.
Entry requirements only need to have completed Form 4 studies, or equivalent; and be familiar with computer operations, and master Chinese and English word processing tasks.
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for a period of three months.
The deadline for application is 6 pm next Tuesday (9th).
Work content:
(1) Check whether people entering the Hongkong Post premises use the "Travel with peace of mind" mobile application;
(2) Provide technical support for the public to use the "Travel with peace of mind" mobile application;
(3) Assist counter personnel in processing and verification Prescribed record forms;
(4) Assist in managing the queues in the public lobby of post offices and answer customer enquiries; and
(5) Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
