After an entire night of low-speed chase with the police, a truck thief blocked one of the busiest freeways in the Los Angeles area for several hours Thursday morning, before surrendering.

The crew began shortly after 8:00 p.m. in eastern Los Angeles on Wednesday night, when the suspect stole a heavy truck from a parking lot.
