With their company “Ankerkraut”, the “Höhle der Löwen” founders, Stefan and Anna Lemcke, have a turnover of around 30 million euros per year.

But their first investment in the start-up “Veggie Crumbz” threatens to flop, if you look at the customer reactions.

Cologne - The married couple Anne (37) and Stefan Lemcke (39) live the dream of every “Den of the Lions” participant: 2013 got a deal with Frank Thelen, years later financially secure and a house on Mallorca.

But the facade of the “Ankerkraut” bubble has long since got deep cracks, as reported by extratipp.com from IPPEN.MEDIA.

Death drama at the lion's den: "Ankerkraut" founders emigrate despite sales in the millions

Anne and Stefan emigrated to Mallorca because of a terrible family death drama.

The island helps Ankerkraut's "den of the lions" millionaires to come to terms with the painful loss.

"We're doing this because we suffered such a stroke of fate."

In Germany, after the Ankerkraut founders return, there are still major construction sites waiting for the couple from Jesteburg.

In this year's season of the “Cave of the Lions” the Ankerkraut founders got hold of two of the coveted investor chairs next to Carsten Maschmeyer, Judith Williams, Nils Glagau, Dagamer Wöhrl, Niko Rosberg and Ralf Dümmel.

"Much too arrogant": According to DHDL, viewers get upset about Ankerkraut founders

But the self-confident appearance of Anne and Stefan Lemcke was not particularly well received by the Vox and TVNOW viewers.

On September 27th, the Ankerkraut founding couple had the great honor of taking a seat in the “Den of the Lions” jury.

In doing so, they not only outdid their colleagues, but also became quite cheeky towards them (“Much too arrogant”: According to DHDL, viewers get upset about Ankerkraut founders).

After all, the Ankerkraut millionaires were able to close a deal: Marlon Harms and Wayne Kock convinced the couple with their vegan vegetable pancake "Veggie Crumbz".

After a battle of words between the lions, the deal went to Ankerkraut: 200,000 euros for ten percent of the company's shares.

The deal on the Vox show was months ago, what happened to the start-up?

“Veggie Crumbz” does not seem to have arrived in the retail sector yet.

A week ago, the founders wrote on Facebook: “We are planning to be represented in retail soon.

We are very pleased that you would like to try our Veggie Crumbz. ”Did the Ankerkraut founders take over with the investment?

Products from the “lion's den” actually end up on the shelves of drugstores or supermarkets relatively quickly.

Not so with “Veggie Crumbz”.

Investors and company owners leave their customers in the dark about the background.

So far, customers have been able to order the product online.

But there are problems here too, if you look at the customer reactions on the “Veggie Crumbz” Facebook page.

Ralf Hauer asks: “When do you plan to go to the supermarkets?” The customer is clearly dissatisfied.

"Because spending 40 euros to get delivery free of charge is tough for the first order." Customer Lisa is really angry: "NA great.

An order placed 6 days ago that was immediately confirmed, but no shipping confirmation to date.

receive.

I will definitely not order anything more.

Hardly any fans or followers for “Veggie Crumbz” on Facebook and Instagram

What also speaks against a successful, first deal for Ankerkraut at "Höhle der Löwen": The vegetable patching social media channels still have very few fans / followers.

Only 700 people like the page on Facebook, and almost 4,000 people follow the start-up on Instagram.

It is not known whether the sales of vegan vegetable pancakes are also as low as the number of followers.

The customers of the start-up, in which Anne and Stefan Lemcke invested 200,000 euros, do not yet seem particularly happy with the development of the brand.
