This Wednesday, and after the protest of the Holocaust survivors, an Israeli court suspended the auction of a tattoo kit that the Nazis would have used in the Auschwitz death camp.
The eight fingernail-sized steel dies would have been used to mark numbers on the prisoners' skin.
The auctioneer, Meir Tzolman, defended the sale, claiming it was a means of ensuring that the dies got to "the right hands."
