Four men were charged today (Thursday) with the brutal murder of a Sudanese citizen living in Haifa about a month and a half ago in Kiryat Ata.
According to the indictment filed in the Haifa District Court, 44-year-old Elhain Warko from Kiryat Yam, 42-year-old Yoav Aijajum Tespai from Kiryat Bialik, 26-year-old Basha from Kiryat Ata and 29-year-old Gashu Mangesto from Safed were charged with murder in the circumstances. Aggravating.
On September 28, 29-year-old Musa Ismail Abakar, a resident of Haifa, spent time with his friends at the "Cafe Inadis" club at the Kiryat Ata junction.

The four attackers ran back towards the restaurant and left Abakar on the ground badly bruised and unconscious.
His friends apprehended Warko, one of the defendants, and called police.
The police arrived within minutes and the MDA team tried to revive the wounded man. Three hours after he was rushed to Rambam Hospital in Haifa, Musa Abakar was pronounced dead.
