New details emerge from the tragic car accident caused by former Raiders wide receiver HenryRruggs III.
According to the prosecution, Ruggs was driving at more than 150 miles per hour with a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit in the state of Nevada.
This was before her car hit the back of a burning vehicle, killing a 23-year-old woman.
Ruggs faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol causing death, and dangerous driving.
If convicted, he could serve up to 26 years in state prison.
