The video of the cleaning experts opens with the reminder to wash the sheets weekly and then their method is revealed -

we see the woman in the video adding the following to her washing machine: washing gel (can be used instead of powder), ¼ a cup of baking soda, ¼ a glass of vinegar And 5 drops of lavender scented essential oil.

Respondents to the video explained that the baking soda is excellent for deep cleansing of the bedding, the vinegar helps in the rinsing process and actually acts as a fabric softener and lavender oil adds a wonderful scent to your bedding and definitely upgrades the sleeping experience.
