A serious indictment was filed last night (Thursday) against the terrorist accused of running over a border fighter near Qalandiya.
On October 14, Border Patrol fighters secured the execution of demolition orders in the Qalandiya area. During the mission, Border Police personnel were standing near the square between Qalandiya and Ram, when the defendant arrived at the scene with a Hyundai vehicle.
Defendant identified the fighters standing near the square and accelerated toward them with his vehicle, with the intent of running over them and injuring them.
Following this, the terrorist hit a border fighter and caused many injuries to his head and body. The defendant was not satisfied with this and tried to run over another fighter, but was previously neutralized by the fighters on the spot.

Upon completion of the takeover of the terrorist, he was arrested and taken for police investigation.
Following the conclusion of the investigation last night, a serious indictment was filed against the terrorist by the military prosecution, which included, among other things, an attempt to intentionally cause death, disrupt a soldier and malicious damage to public employees.
