Ciro Grillo case, today the preliminary hearing for the rape allegations

 The preliminary hearing on the case involving Ciro Grillo and his three friends, Edoardo Capitta, Francesco Corsiglia and Vittorio Lauria, has started today, accused of alleged group sexual violence against a 19-year-old Norwegian-Italian girl.

Facts dating back to 17 July 2018 in the villa of Porto Cervo owned by Beppe Grillo.

The four are not present in the classroom.

"Every time the story re-emerges in the media, for my client it is like spreading salt on a still open wound, the media emphasis was a heavy test". Thus the lawyer Giulia Bongiorno, who assists the girl whose complaint resulted in the affair involving Ciro Grillo and three of his friends, entering the court of Tempio, where the preliminary hearing will soon be held. This was announced by the procurator of Tempio, Gregorio Capasso, entering the court for the preliminary hearing.

None of the four accused is present in the courtroom.

Instead, there are defense lawyers Enrico Grillo, Sandro Vaccaro, Gennaro Velle, Ernesto Monteverde, Romano Raimondo, Barbara Raimondo, Andrea Vernazza and Mariano Mameli.
