The 16-year-old was under the influence of alcohol, the 15-year-old had consumed drugs.
Bad Tölz - Two young people have to answer for a whole series of crimes.
On Thursday around 10:50 p.m., an attentive witness reported to the Bad Tölz police station that she had observed two young people stealing license plates from vehicles in the Ellbachzeile area and then heading towards Bahnhofstrasse.
Suspect throws signs into a stream
In Sachsenkamer Strasse, the alerted officers picked up one of the two suspects, and they caught the other in the parking lot of the organic market while he was throwing license plates into the stream there.
When the 15-year-old Greilinger and the 16-year-old Tölzer were searched, further stolen license plates were found.
Corded phone ripped from cell
In addition, one had a corded phone with him.
It had previously been torn from a phone booth on Salzstrasse.
The young Tölzer had drunk a lot of alcohol, the Greilinger had a quick drug test positive.
A blood sample was then taken from both adolescents.
Damage was found to twelve cars
In the wider area, the police officers collected a total of twelve stolen license plates.
Everything had been forcibly torn off the vehicles, causing property damage to the cars.
The two young people were brought to the police station for questioning.
The police officers also notified the parents.
