Preparation:
Put all the dough ingredients in a mixer bowl with a kneading hook, and process for about 6-5 minutes until a uniform and flexible dough is obtained.
Cover with cling film loosely, and swell for about an hour until the dough doubles in volume.
Divide the dough into eight balls and roll slightly.
Transfer to a pan lined with baking paper, brush with beaten egg and garnish with sesame seeds.
Cover the pan with a towel and leave to rise for another 15 minutes or until the dough balls double in volume.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees in top-bottom position.
Bake for 25-18 minutes, until the rolls are browned.
