Intense episcopal emotion in Lourdes.
The bishops of France are gathered this Saturday morning in a circle in front of the cave of the apparitions.
They stand silent, looking serious, in front of a symbol still hidden by a dark cloth.
They are not alone.
Among them, a hundred lay people, rather young, seem to support them as a grieving family would.
In the front row, discreet, stand some victims of pedophile priests.
But it is to all of these victims that the bishops, in the name of the Catholic Church, want to pay lasting homage that would like to cross the time past and to come.

One of the bishops then discovers the expected symbol.
It will be at the heart of a “memorial place” - probably established in Lourdes - in memory of all the victims of pedophile priests.
For the moment, it is a simple photograph taken by a "victim".
It represents the face of a sad cherub, well lit but inconsolable.
A long tear runs down her cheek.
