Cahit Ozkan, deputy head of the ruling Justice and Development Party's bloc of deputies in the Turkish parliament, revealed that the head of the regime, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, was plotting a plot against the Turkish preacher and founder of the Service Movement, Mehmet Fethullah Gulen, by inviting him to return home.
The Turkish newspaper, Zaman, reported that Cahit Ozkan commented on Erdogan’s invitation to Gulen during the closing ceremony of the Turkish Language Olympiad in Istanbul “to end the state of longing” and return to Turkey. What President Erdogan will do with him, indicating malicious intentions Erdogan was hiding behind his call.
The newspaper pointed out that the Turkish parliamentarian also addressed the phrase “we did not give them what they wanted” that Erdogan used regarding the “service” movement during the corruption and bribery investigations that took place at the end of 2013.
Turkey has been demanding the United States for five years to deport Gulen, who has lived in the United States since the 1990s.
