The agent between the agent and the defendants began through the "Talkock" group in the "Telegram" app and as part of a personal acquaintance with him while working as a messenger for the "Tan Biss" company.
As part of a covert operation in the central area, a police agent was activated, who contacted various users of the "Talkock" group, which operates as part of the "Telegram" app and which offers various types of drugs for sale.
According to the indictments, filed by attorney Shachar Ladowski, the police agent contacted users of the Telegram network and asked to purchase drugs of various kinds from them.
The users or those on their behalf met with him on a number of dates and sold him the drugs in exchange for sums of money agreed between the parties.
As part of his cover story, he worked as a courier for Tan-Biss and a courier for alcoholic beverages, and in some cases contacted the defendants through this work, with some defendants selling him the drug directly and others sending others on their behalf to carry out the transaction.
Simultaneously with the indictments, which were submitted to a number of magistrates' courts in the central area, requests for detention were filed against the defendants until the end of the proceedings, and in parallel with the requests for detention, requests for confiscation of various sums of money were seized.
The indictments filed against the defendants are part of a wide-ranging affair in which a police agent was activated to eradicate crime in the field of drug trafficking.
