The corona situation in Bavaria is getting worse.
The clinic traffic light is already yellow, not much is missing from the red step.
Sharpness rules might come soon.
Munich - The Bavarian incidence * currently has a value of 293.
Only Thuringia and Saxony have a higher value.
14 Bavarian districts are currently over 500. Mühldorf am Inn heads the Bavarian list with an incidence of 752, followed by Rottal-Inn (734), Traunstein (713.3) and Miesbach (674.8).
In the region around the Tegernsee and Schliersee, Bundeswehr soldiers have now been ordered to help the health department.
Since the clinic traffic light has passed the yellow level, stricter rules have been in place in the Free State since Saturday.
According to the current figures, the traffic light could also cross the red limit in the next few days.
Corona traffic light in Bavaria shortly before red: Tightened rules next week?
The German Interdisciplinary Association for Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine (DIVI) and the Robert Koch Institute * (RKI) identified 591 patients with corona on their joint homepage in the intensive care units of the Bavarian hospitals on Sunday morning. On Friday there were 537, on Saturday 552 corona intensive care patients. At 600 the Bavarian hospital traffic light jumps to red. If the increase continues like this, the rules could be tightened in the coming week.
The hospital traffic light is currently yellow.
Since yesterday, the 3G-plus rule has been in effect in restaurants and at events in closed rooms, i.e.: vaccinated, recovered or PCR-tested.
Exceptions apply to universities, extracurricular educational offers and libraries and archives - a rapid test is still sufficient for unvaccinated people.
2G applies in discos and clubs - unvaccinated people are no longer allowed to enter after a test.
The mask standard is generally increased to FFP2.
These tightened rules come at a red clinic traffic light in Bavaria
As soon as the State Ministry for Health and Care has determined that 600 occupied corona intensive care beds have been exceeded, stricter rules apply on the following day.
An overview of the rules from level red:
2G at events:
Facilities and events that currently have 3G are then only accessible under 2G, i.e. only for vaccinated and convalescent people, not for those who have been tested.
These include cultural and leisure facilities as well as sports facilities.
Employees in these industries who have not been vaccinated or have recovered must then show a negative PCR test twice a week if they have customer contact.
In gastronomy, accommodation companies and body-hugging services (such as hairdressers and beauticians), 3G plus remains the same.
This rule has already been implemented by the yellow traffic light level on Saturday (November 6th).
3G applies in universities, extracurricular educational offers or professional training courses as well as in libraries and archives - access is possible with a negative antigen rapid test.
Obligation to test at the workplace:
In companies with more than ten employees, everyone who has contact with customers or other people and has not been vaccinated or tested must present a negative rapid test twice a week.
Retail and public transport are exempt from this test requirement.

Hotspot regions with incidence over 300 already have tightened rules
Many Bavarian regions are considered "regional hotspots".
Means: Where the seven-day incidence is over 300 and the intensive care beds in the region are also more than 80 percent occupied, the stricter regulations of the red hospital traffic light apply.
