Dallas recorded 104: 107 tonight (Saturday to Sunday) over the Celtics and the one who was signed on the winning basket was of course Luca Doncic, who buried a three on the buzzer from an almost impossible angle in front of two bouncy Boston guards.
The Slovenian prodigy, who has already celebrated 22, has equaled another Mavericks icon, Dirk Nowitzki, as the club's winner Ian Sally after doing so for the third time in his short career.
At the end of the game, Dallas coach Jason Kidd explained that there is nothing to be surprised about anymore, comparing Luca to Nowitzki: "When I was a player I collaborated with Derek, so everyone knew the ball was going to number 41 and he always delivered the goods. I think everyone knew "Tonight the ball goes to number 77 (Doncic). Luca has done it so many times, it's just fun to watch."
Luka Dončić's game-winning buzzer-beater vs the Celtics was the 3rd of his career, including playoffs.
That ties Dirk Nowitzki for most in Dallas history.
All 3 have been 3-pt FG.
Only Vince Carter (5) has more such game-winning buzzer-beaters in NBA history, including playoffs.

Doncic, who finished with a typical stat line of 33 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists, concluded the evening modestly: "Wow. I do not know what to say. For one second I was sure there was an overtime and stood frozen because I did not realize I had scored the special basket "This. These are the best moments you can have as a basketball player. I love that point on the floor, so I always come back to it."
LUKA TOO CLUTCH.

Josh Richardson, who has been trying to keep Luca over lately, admitted the task was particularly difficult: "Credit should be given when credit comes. Our defense was good, but the offense was much better. I have kept Luca several times already, but he is already "He has scored several victory baskets in the past. It is very difficult to maintain him."
The colleagues, too, did not miss the Slovenian's clutch basket.
One of them was Steph Kerry, who tweeted with pleasure: "Steph Buck left, I think we've seen it already!".
