Police intercepted a drug fast food truck in Sham Shui Po and arrested a male driver.
The incident occurred at about 6 o'clock in the evening today (7th). During a patrol on Nan Cheong Street near Apliu Street, officers found a suspicious white private car parked on the side of the road. The male driver in the car was acting suspiciously, so he stopped for investigation.
Sources at the scene said that officers seized a batch of suspected marijuana and other drugs on the vehicle.
Later, drug detection dogs arrived at the scene to assist in the search. The male driver was handcuffed and arrested and detained by the Department for investigation.
