The mobile teams continue their visits to the ministries and central directorates to immunize those wishing against the Corona virus, which the Ministry of Health launched its work at the end of last October with the aim of increasing the number of Corona vaccine recipients and delivering it to the largest segment.
While one of these teams is in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, the head of the vaccine program in the Damascus Countryside Health Directorate, Dr. Muhammad Akram Maatouk, said that the role of the teams is not limited to giving the vaccine, but rather is interested in providing health information about the vaccine in its places of existence, answering inquiries and dispelling fears caused by rumors and false news. shared by some social media.
From the team, nurse Reem Shaaban indicated that the possible side effects after vaccination may be pain at the injection site, fever, fatigue, headache, or muscle pain, while the technical assistant, Hisham Nehme, pointed out that the recipients of the vaccine be given a dedicated card, documentation and recording of his data, to eventually be uploaded on the approved electronic platform.
Among the recipients of the vaccine, the Saadat Brigade expressed its satisfaction with the presence of the teams as it relieves workers of the burden of leaving their work and going to health centers to receive the vaccine, while Rola Shaheen said that her presence among her colleagues encouraged her to get vaccinated.
