This is a new test which has just been passed in view of the organization of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris, in 2024. La Solideo (delivery company for Olympic books) announced a few days ago that it had signed the deeds sale of two sectors of the future Media Village, which will host journalists from all over the world in Dugny during the events.
It will then become a new district of 1,300 housing units in the small town of Seine-Saint-Denis.
It will also have two brand new schools, a nursery, a gymnasium, a medial house and 1,000 square meters of commerce.

It is the consortium led by Sogeprom and Demathieu Bard Immobilier that won the lot for the "Aire des vents", while the construction of the "Plateau" sector will be ensured by a consortium led by the group made up of Ametis, Ideom and Gaia Promotion.
"This announces the arrival of developers on the land for the start of construction in the coming weeks," says the Solideo, which had already undertaken "servicing" work (aimed at preparing the land) on both sites.
The preparation of the site had been suspended by the justice
A site that had been suspended by administrative justice in early April.
After three months of interruption, this preparatory work was able to resume in mid-July after a decision of the administrative court of appeal of Paris, definitively rejecting the appeals of several associations and residents.
Concerning the “hard” constructions of the future district, the building permits had already been deposited by the promoters at the end of July.
This time, no legal action was taken: the appeal period ended at the beginning of October.
At the height of the construction site, 2,000 companions are expected on the site in March 2022.
The new district will be built in two stages: only 700 homes will be delivered in March 2024, out of the 1,300 originally planned for the Games.
It is first of all the journalists who will occupy them.
After the tests, the organizing committee will return the district to operators at the end of 2024. The first inhabitants should settle in the district in the first quarter of 2025 according to the Solideo, while the delivery work of the remaining housing will be completed in the following months.
