The Russian Foreign Ministry accused the Ukrainian authorities of continuing to violate the Minsk agreements, stressing that the use of drones in the conflict zone in southeastern Ukraine is the exclusive right of the observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe operating in this region.
"OSCE monitors were attacked by a drone of the Ukrainian armed forces," the ministry's spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, wrote on her channel on Telegram today, noting that "only the organization's monitors have the right to use drones in the conflict zone in Donbass."
She stressed that it is no longer possible for Paris and Berlin, which call for Normandy format meetings, which include Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France, to pretend that they are ignoring the orgy of the regime in Kiev, which kills previous agreements and even kills the hope of Ukrainian citizens for a peaceful life.
And the OSCE monitoring mission said in a report that its patrol was targeted by a short-range drone near one of the towns under the control of the Ukrainian government in the conflict zone.
