The new restaurant, "Nihon Nu-Ba", opens after four years of restaurant and the style will be Japanese, and of course kosher.

In addition to the restaurant space, there is also an event complex designed for events of up to 140 people, a fine alcohol menu divided into cocktails, wines, beers and sake, and a delivery menu.

The food in the restaurant will be mostly sherry style, portions distributed to the center of the table.

The menu is divided into six parts - starters, hot dishes, cold dishes, sushi, specials and vegetarian sushi.

Dishes include tempura cabbage, seared roll sushi, Wenton Eggs (raw fish tartare with Wenton leaves), Kara Chicken, Shitaki truffle salmon and more.

The Benedict chain continues the delicious tradition of the Shakshuka Festival all throughout the month of November, for the third year in a row.

The new menu, which will star throughout the month in all the chain's restaurants, will include a variety of types of shakshuka, from classic to special and rare things.

Among other things, there is an Italian shakshuka with eggs in a spicy Amtriciana stew and gouda, a Chinese shakshuka with finely chopped beef and fried potato slices, a vegan shakshuka and a yellow polenta shashlik with poached eggs and more.

Chef Eviatar Malka, winner of the "Chef Games" and his close friend, the finalist Jonathan Sharvit, are coming this weekend to cook a one-time meal at the Ramada Olivia Hotel in Nazareth, a meal that will also be open to the general public.
