Stray bullet kills 23-month-old on California highway

The boy was shot in the head while driving home to his family on a highway in Oakland. His mother was behind the wheel.


A boy of almost 2 years old died Saturday after being shot in the head on Interstate 880 in Oakland, California, while he and his family were driving home.

According to reports from the local television channel KNTV, little Jasper Wu was traveling back to his home in Fremont, from San Francisco, in a white Lexus sedan driven by his mother "
