(ANSA) - MILAN, 08 NOV - He had written on the net that Fedez and J Ax had been arrested for drugs and now the Milan Public Prosecutor has asked for the filing of the investigation for defamation concerning him because - as reported today by the Corriere of the evening - is a well-known manufacturer of fake news.
The fake news on the arrest of the two rappers dates back to 2017 and was published on a website and immediately resumed online, so much so that J-Ax and Fedez made an official denial through ANSA and then filed a lawsuit for defamation. Milan prosecutor Isabella Samek Lodovici asked for the investigation to be closed because the suspect, a 38-year-old Umbrian, is "known as" the king of the Italian social hoax "with numerous fake news assets.
Fedez's defense opposed the filing, explaining that "disinformation can never be considered lawful".
