A fatal aluminum window accident occurred at the Miramar Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui two years ago. A female tourist walked near the hotel and was hit by a falling aluminum window to her death.
His dependants filed a lawsuit against the female cleaner and the hotel in the High Court last Friday (5th) for compensation.
The plaintiff Zuo Shaofen (transliteration) and his dependant Pan Ronglan (transliteration), the defendants are RAI SABITA KUMARI and Miramar Hotel Management Co., Ltd.
The filing stated that the plaintiff died as a result of an accident on the ground floor of Miramar Shopping Centre on January 21, 2019. The accident was caused by the negligence of the first defendant. The second defendant was the employer of the first defendant at that time. Litigation claims.
