A small, stray dog was found in an S-Bahn line S 6 on Sunday afternoon.
The Gautingen police are now looking for the owner.
Gauting - An Unterbrunner (59) got on the S-Bahn towards Munich at 2.32 p.m. at Starnberg Nord Bahnhof and looked for a place - there he immediately noticed a black, special bag with a small dog, a Chihuahua mix. “The man from Unterbrunner immediately asked other passengers, but nobody knew how the dog got on the S-Bahn and how long it had been on the S-Bahn. Since the sight of the small, frightened dog did not leave the 59-year-old indifferent, the man from Unterbrunner took the dog and his black cloth bag with him without further ado when he got out in Gauting and brought him to the Gauting inspection ”, Gauting's inspection manager Andreas Ruch reported yesterday. The dog had neither a chip nor a tax stamp, and there were no references to the owner in the bag either."Even inquiries from the surrounding police stations in Planegg, Pasing and the Federal Police were unfortunately negative, as did inquiries from the DB lost property office, the DB hotline, MVG lost property office and BOB lost property office," said Ruch.
An animal-loving officer of the Dießen police temporarily took the dog in so that he did not have to go to an animal shelter.
