There was a verbal argument on Friday, November 5th, around 1.30 p.m. at the level crossing on Miesbacher Strasse in Holzkirchen.
As reported, the level crossing is currently closed to traffic due to construction work.
Nevertheless, according to the police report, a 61-year-old Lenggrieser drove a car over the level crossing despite the warning beacons and prohibition signs.

Thereupon he was stopped by a level crossing post used for security.
There was an argument between him and the Lenggries.
The police once again expressly point out that disregarding the passage ban is not only an administrative offense, but can also mean a dangerous interference with rail traffic.
